These terms govern your use of Almaza services, platforms and solutions.

By accessing or using Almaza services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Introduction
Welcome to Almaza. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual card services, mobile application, and website operated by Almaza Technologies (PTY) Ltd.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Almaza. Please read them carefully.
Provision of a Digital Instrument
At the User's request, a Digital Instrument ("virtual card") may become available to them. To obtain the Digital Instrument, the User may be required to provide additional information in order to minimize and assess risks associated with the use of the Digital Instrument. The User agrees to the collection, processing, and transfer of information related to the Digital Instrument to ensure proper functioning of the service.
The User confirms that the information provided by them to obtain the Digital Instrument is current and accurate. In the event of changes to this information, the User undertakes to promptly notify Almaza to ensure proper use of the service.
The Digital Instrument is provided to the User for legal use and in accordance with the terms provided. The User undertakes not to use the Digital Instrument for illegal activities. If suspicious or illegal activities related to the use of the Digital Instrument are detected, Almaza reserves the right to temporarily suspend or fully terminate access to the Digital Instrument until all circumstances are clarified.
Service Description
Almaza provides virtual card services that allow you to make secure online payments without exposing your primary payment methods.
Our services include:
- Instant virtual card generation
- Real-time card provisioning
- Customizable spending limits and controls
- Real-time transaction notifications
- Detailed transaction tracking and history
- Multi-top up support
Account Registration and Eligibility
To use our services, you must register for an account and meet certain eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a resident of a supported jurisdiction
- Must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Must not be on any sanctions or restricted person lists
Identity Verification
We require identity verification to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of address documentation
- Information about source of funds when required
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
Security Requirements:
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Secure your devices and log out when finished
- Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Virtual Card Usage
Virtual cards issued through our platform are for legitimate payment purposes only.
Authorized Uses:
- Online purchases from legitimate merchants
- Subscription services and recurring payments
- Digital services and software purchases
- Payments to verified merchants and service providers
Prohibited Uses:
- Any illegal activities or transactions
- Online gambling or betting services
- Adult entertainment or explicit content
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Use by anyone other than the authorized cardholder
Fees and Charges
All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.
Fee Types:
- Virtual card issuance fees
- Transaction processing fees
- Declined transaction fees
A complete fee schedule is available in your account dashboard and will be provided during account setup.
Liability and Risk
Our liability is limited as set forth in these terms and applicable law.
Customer Liability:
- Unauthorized transactions due to compromised credentials
- Losses due to negligence or failure to follow security procedures
- Damages resulting from violations of these terms
Company Liability Limits:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
Transaction Disputes:
Report disputed transactions within 60 days of the transaction date.
- Disputes must be reported within 60 days
- Provide supporting documentation for dispute claims
- We will investigate all legitimate dispute claims
Account Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.
Termination by Customer:
You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Termination by Almaza:
- Material breach of these terms
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
- Business or operational reasons with 30 days notice
Upon termination, all virtual cards will be deactivated and any remaining balances will be returned according to applicable law.
Pre-Funding of the Account
The User is required to top up the balance of their Personal Account before using certain services. The minimum top-up amount is specified in the Personal Account and may vary depending on current conditions and special offers. The User will be informed about any changes to the minimum top-up amount in the Personal Account.
Almaza reserves the right to modify the minimum top-up amount and the required minimum balance based on economic conditions or Almaza's internal policies. All changes will be communicated to Users in advance.
Suspicious Transactions
In case of unconfirmed or suspicious use, Almaza has the right to suspend transactions until the circumstances are clarified.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Almaza platform, including software, trademarks, and content, belong to Almaza or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email.
Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
